With the new year coming I thought this clip might help get the teaching juices flowing for the coming year. Watching teachers like this, really makes me enjoy want I do for living. I really don't think I would enjoy doing anything else.
Thanks for sharing this video! I am a HS math teacher in Texas. I'm going to do a little more research on this guy and see if I can learn a little more about how he is able to accomplish this amazing feat.
BTW, my 2 sons (20 and 18) are ultimate players. My oldest son plays for Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas and my youngest son is in the process of choosing a university based on their ultimate team as are many of his friends. To others it may sound crazy, but ultimate has given my oldest son so many wonderful college experiences and he had an instant "family" his first year of college which really helped him adjust to being away from home for the first time.
I hope you were able to find more info on this teacher. I love finding positive and inspirational stories on teachers....instead of the regular bad press.
I'm glad that your sons play ultimate. It's such a grass roots sport, that has built a rather large gathering in the last few years. I love the "spirit of the game" attitude, and I try to instill that on my students.
